How long does it take to receive my knife after ordering?
Ready-to-ship knives typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take 1-2 weeks depending on complexity and our current workload. You’ll receive an estimated timeline when your custom order is confirmed.
Do your knives come with a warranty?
Yes, all our knives are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused knives within 14 days of delivery. Custom knives are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us before initiating a return.
What materials do you use in your knives?
We use premium high-carbon and stainless steels, often paired with stabilized hardwoods, micarta, G10, and other durable handle materials. We select our materials for their performance, longevity, and aesthetic appeal.
